"RASAI is an opening to a visionary experience, highlighting the usage of modernist plating, European cooking techniques, and the merger of the diversity of Indian spices with local ingredients in a dim wood-themed space.

Modern Indian cuisine has gained much wider recognition and popularity throughout the world. We felt that Seattle deserved the best in modern and progressive Indian cuisine which is why we call it home.
