Rasai 2.0 focuses on a sustainable perspective of Neo-Indian cuisine. We have implemented five sustainability rules into our operations to make sure we mitigate waste and improve our carbon footprint as a restaurant. In addition, we care about where we source ingredients from and how those ingredients impact our environment.

Why we changed our perspective:

  2. Marine Conservation (No Endangered or Over Fished Species): Using Seasonal Seafood and Fish Available to this Region.
  3. Preserving Mountain Resources (Wild Honey)
  4. Renewable Energy (Volcanic & Sea Salt)
