He’s a certified sommelier and has a passion for creating cocktails. During the last few years, he’s been purely focused on Indian cuisine and curating beverages inspired by its native culture and flavors. The Concept and Philosophy

RASAI means entrance, opening, and passage, and to highlight this journey, Executive Chef Gaurav Raj returns from our sister restaurant to create an approachable Indian dining concept that can be enjoyed throughout the day. We’ve made a beautiful lunch menu that showcases our DNA with elevated, comfortable Indian food and a fantastic dinner menu that showcases globalized techniques to the humble flavors of India.

Our core philosophy with these menus is to be available longer throughout the day. Our new hours of operation are Tuesday to Sunday from 11:30 AM to 10 PM. Our cuisine is highlighted by Chef Gaurav Raj, who’s been with us since day 1. Our unique beverage program is curated by our beverage director, Jordan White, who’s put together a spread of unsung spirits of India and incorporated them into our cocktails and a new focus towards N/A spirits and natural wines.
